i started goin for yoga classes since last sem which is last October to be precise
it was just for experience sake and i was curious how can yoga actually relax the body and mind.
the first few classes was TORTURING haha.. nah.. not so dramatic actually
but it was hard.... i felt it was more tiring than RELAXING...
all those poses and all uses muscle more thn anything else.. and the teacher would go saying
' No TENSION in ur muscle. just relax ur mucsles'
how can i???
i mean.. my hands are trembling trying to hold my body and ur asking me to relax??
if you don't think yoga can make you sweat?
ur wrong!
i sweat like mad when doing yoga.. all those energy
and the stretches are too much for me..
maybe i never exercise except for the once in a blue moon exercising
i felt like fainting a few times
u noe?
like ur eyes became to see the black black dots and u cant concentrate?
thtz what i experience the first few classes
well, after last sem i joined another yoga class in Kajang
apparently my friend joined this club near her house which have yoga classes

actually it is a YOGA-AEROBIC class
meaning the first 15-20 minutes is an aerobic session
and afta tht we'll move on to yoga session
i decided to join her too with a few others
this yoga is now twice a week!

but ur wrong again
im now actually looking forward to yoga class every week
although it is still kinda tiring for me
but i enjoy sweating it out!
sweating make me feel good
haha!!
yoga is more to a continuous practice
the more you do it, the more easy for you to do poses and stretches
unfortunately last week i missed 2 classes
and i can really feel the effect already..
i again feel like fainting and the black black dot thingi....
=)
so as the saying goes,
practice makes perfect.
i think it also helps in losing some weight though..
haha
i like the aerobic part tho.. more actions and fun
=)
